In order to thoroughly study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on trade union work, implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and celebrate the arrival of the 115th March International Women's Day, the Phenix Optical Trade Union organized a series of activities with the theme of "Let Women Bloom and Strive for a New Era", including hand-made exhibitions, elegant photos and tug-of-war competitions. Ingenuity and Ingenuity Show the Beauty of Creativity
In the activities of handmade works, the majority of Phenix female workers actively participated, and everyone interpreted their creativity with skillful hands and incorporated their ingenuity into the details. A total of 22 works were received in this activity. The entries were dazzling, ranging from massive handcrafted diamond-encrusted handicrafts, exquisite handcrafted embroidered shoes, exquisite handcrafted ornaments and creative works combined with corporate culture elements, which fully demonstrated the dexterity and patience of Fung Wong-Nui employees and reflected the unremitting pursuit of precision work quality by Phenix Optics in the past 60 years. This is not only an artistic creation experience, but also a tribute and inheritance to the craftsman spirit. At the end of the activity, two first prizes, three second prizes and five third prizes were selected by the trade union members of the company. All the entries were also displayed in the company's publicity column in the form of exhibition drawings for everyone to enjoy.

In the elegant demeanour photography session, Fung Wong-Nui employees took photos at four punch-in points of corporate culture background in the park. More than 300 female workers are dressed neatly and in high spirits, showing the spiritual outlook of women in the new era with confident attitude and firm eyes. They are not only the warm guardians of the family, but also the "half the sky" for the high-quality development of enterprises. The employees who received the specially-made album folds and photos to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Phenix Optics were all smiles. Each photo was a witness to their struggle and a vivid embodiment of the "people-oriented" corporate culture that Phenix Optics has been adhering to for 60 years.
Unite and struggle to unite the strength of forge ahead.
The tug-of-war competition pushed the activity to a climax. There were shouts and cheers at the competition site one after another. Sixteen teams composed of female employees from eight different institutions of the company worked closely together and worked hard together during the competition, which fully demonstrated team spirit and fighting will. Just as Phenix Optics has been forging ahead for 60 years, the growth of the enterprise stems from this spirit of concerted efforts and courage. At the end of the activity, Luo Yuezhong, secretary of the company's Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the labor union, presented certificates and took photos for the top eight winners of the tug-of-war competition.
