Digital microscopes can be divided into two categories:
1. Professional digital microscopes and cameras are installed inside the microscope.
2. Add an imaging system outside the microscope, which requires an adapter to connect to peripheral digital cameras, digital cameras, and analog cameras
The quality of the lens directly affects the quality of the micrograph taken. The quality of market broadcast mirrors varies. Based on our years of understanding of microscope manufacturing and digital photography, we have compared various images of relay mirror photography at home and abroad, and summarized the methods for distinguishing the advantages and disadvantages of relay mirrors from several points:
1. Image size
A LCD screen with a relay mirror image that fills the camera is a qualified relay mirror.
II. Restore image color
The color reproduction of micrographs is also a standard for examining relay lenses. A qualified relay mirror needs to capture images with colors that are consistent with those observed under a microscope.
III. Image depth of field
When observing microscope images, there must be a certain sense of hierarchy, and a qualified relay lens must not have a depth of field smaller than the objective lens of the microscope.
IV. Image resolution
Image resolution is the most important indicator for examining relay mirrors. The level of this indicator directly affects the quality of the micrographs taken.
