In order to further strengthen employees' awareness of fire safety and improve their emergency response ability, Phenix Optics held a special training on fire safety in the conference room on the first floor on April 17th with the theme of "Strengthening safety responsibility and building a safe defense line together". The company's department heads, power operators and nearly 40 key positions such as security, accommodation and canteen attended. Ding Li, a senior lecturer of Shangrao Xiaoan, is specially invited to give lectures.
At the training meeting, Ding Li systematically explained the practical points of "checking the ability to eliminate fire hazards, fighting the initial fire, organizing evacuation and escape, and publicizing and educating" around the construction of "four abilities" of fire safety through case analysis and interactive question and answer. In view of the common risk scenarios of enterprises, he emphasized that participants should pay attention to key links such as electrical wiring, flammable materials management and smooth evacuation routes.
In the core content teaching of "four understandings" of "knowing post fire danger, preventive measures, fire fighting methods, escape and evacuation" and "four meetings" of "knowing how to use fire fighting equipment, reporting fire alarm, fighting initial fire and organizing evacuation", Ding Li guided the trainees to operate fire extinguishers, smoke and gas masks and other equipment by hands through live demonstrations, and also simulated the fire environment to carry out emergency drills. The employees participating in the training said that this "theory+practice" model transformed abstract safety knowledge into intuitive skills, and truly realized "getting into the mind".
"This training is not only a safety class, but also a responsibility transfer." Master Zhang, a canteen employee who participated in the training, said with emotion after the actual exercise. Yu Fangfeng, head of the security department, also said that he would integrate what he had learned into daily inspections and emergency plan optimization to effectively improve the team's emergency response efficiency.
